Custom Business Software

Custom business software that fits how you already work.

Jobs, customers, schedule, and money on one screen, plus a searchable history of everything you've quoted and delivered. When the software makes you change your business to fit it, that's the sign you've outgrown it.

One system designed around the way your company already works, instead of a template you adapt to. It usually covers three things:

  • A command center: jobs, customers, schedule, and money on one screen
  • A memory that makes every quote, contract, and message searchable in plain English
  • Whatever web or mobile app fills the gap nothing off the shelf covers

You own everything we build.

You're running the business from memory, and paying for the gaps.

The schedule is in one app, the quotes are in a spreadsheet, the customer history is in somebody's inbox, and the pricing logic is in your head. Every simple question turns into a scavenger hunt, new hires take months to be useful, and a workaround nobody questions anymore is quietly costing you every week.

Every build starts from one of these.

Most engagements combine two or three. None of it is a separate product to buy piecemeal.

Command Center

One screen for jobs, customers, schedule, and money. The place you look to know where anything stands, and the place your team looks instead of calling you.

The Memory

Every quote, job, contract, and message in one searchable place. Ask a question in plain English and get the answer, plus the document it came from.

Custom Apps

Web and native mobile apps for whatever step nothing off the shelf handles. Designed screen by screen with you before any code gets written.

How it works

  1. 1

We map how the work really moves

We take one real job and follow it end to end, marking every handoff where information gets retyped, delayed, or lost.

  2. 2

We build the pieces that fit, visibly

Usually the command center and the memory behind it first, then whatever custom app closes the last gap. You see something working early, wired to the tools you already pay for.

  3. 3

We launch it, hand it over, and stick around

Training, a real handover, and optional monthly support for monitoring, fixes, and the next round of improvements. Cancelable whenever.

What you get

  • One answer to "where does this job stand", instead of four apps
  • Your history stops walking out the door when someone leaves
  • Nobody needs a workaround to get their own job done
  • You own the code and the data, permanently, with no per-seat pricing
  • Flat quote and a timeline before a line of code is written
  • New people get useful in weeks instead of months

Every project is scoped before it's quoted, then priced flat and paid in milestones. You get the figure and the dates before any code is written, and it doesn't move.

Common questions

Do I need all three pieces: command center, memory, and custom apps?
No. Most engagements start with the one piece costing you the most, usually the command center or an estimating and quoting flow, and grow from there. We work out the scope on the call, and you're never paying for a piece you don't need.
Do I have to throw out the software I already use?
Usually not. We build around what works and only replace a tool when it is genuinely the thing holding you back. Most systems we build sit on top of the calendar, accounting, and phone system a business already has.
How is this different from buying an off-the-shelf platform?
A platform makes you run your business its way and charges you per person forever. This is built around your process, and you own it. If the way you work is normal for your industry, off-the-shelf is often the cheaper answer, and we will tell you that on the call.
Where does my data actually live?
In your own accounts, under your control, and we tell you exactly where before we build. We use AI providers configured so your data isn't used to train their models, and you can export everything at any time.
Will this work on a phone, away from a desk?
Yes. Everything we build is usable from a phone, not just a laptop, because plenty of the work happens away from a desk. Where a browser is not good enough, we build a native iPhone or Android app instead.

Start with thirty minutes.

Tell us what's slowing you down and we'll tell you what we'd build. How much scoping it needs before a quote depends on the job, and we'll be straight with you about that.
