From 90-minute estimates to 5 minutes
A design-build firm was spending 90+ minutes of staff time producing every project estimate. Tillr Systems built a system that reads site-visit photos and walkthrough notes, matches the scope to the firm's own pricing templates, and produces a priced, ready-to-send estimate in under 5 minutes.

The problem
Every new project started with the same slow ritual: review the site-visit photos, re-listen to the walkthrough, translate everything into scope line items, and price it against the firm's templates. Ninety-plus minutes per estimate, multiplied across every lead, made estimating one of the most expensive things the firm did without anyone noticing. And when estimates lag, jobs go to whoever quotes first.
What we built
- Automated analysis of site-visit photos plus the walkthrough transcript, producing a structured scope without anyone re-typing it
- Fuzzy matching from that scope to the firm's own pricing templates, so estimates price the way the firm actually prices
- Auto-configured estimate spreadsheet, ready to review and send
- Fire-and-forget architecture around the firm's existing tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, Zapier), so nothing about their workflow had to change
