Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect
We may collect basic personal data (name, email, and business inquiry details you provide) when you fill out a form, submit a request, or interact with one of our tools.
If you're using an automation system we set up, some limited information about your clients (like emails or submitted messages) may be stored in connected tools (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, TidyCal) to deliver that functionality.
2. What We Avoid Collecting
We don't collect sensitive personal data like social security numbers, payment card details, or health information. Most tools process the minimum required to operate and connect with third-party platforms securely.
3. Data Retention
We only store data as long as needed to deliver the service or support your tools. Inactive submissions and unused records are regularly purged. You may request deletion at any time.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use lightweight analytics (like Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used. No ad tracking or invasive cookies are used. No personalized advertising is conducted.
5. Data Storage
We use secure platforms like Supabase and Vercel to store data. These services follow industry best practices for encryption and access control. Stripe is used for payment processing; we do not store payment information ourselves.
6. AI Usage
Some tools use OpenAI or similar providers to generate responses (e.g. submission replies, summaries). These outputs may be stored temporarily in Supabase or other services to power automations. AI processing is handled by third-party providers outside our infrastructure, and we do not control where the inference occurs. The AI providers are not allowed to use your data for training. Any AI-generated responses should be reviewed and are not intended to replace human judgment.
7. Email Communications
We may send transactional emails in response to forms or tool interactions. You will not receive marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe to updates.
8. System Monitoring
We may retain limited technical metadata (e.g. timestamps, error logs) for performance monitoring and troubleshooting. This is handled through our tools (e.g. Make.com) and deleted periodically.
9. Data Breach
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable U.S. laws.
10. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we’ve collected about you. We do our best to honor these requests in a timely and respectful manner, even if not legally required under specific regional laws.
To make a request, email contact@tillrsystems.com.
11. Contact
For any other questions or feedback, feel free to reach out at contact@tillrsystems.com — we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and may post a notice on the site.
13. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
